Intermediate Care Facilities are ideal for individuals who enjoy socializing with others who share their unique strengths and challenges. Individuals who require around-the-clock care, or who might benefit from access to 24/7 occupational and behavioral support, might be good fits for our Intermediate Care Facilities.

• Your loved one could benefit from the supportive community environment afforded by a group living arrangement.
• Your loved one requires more intensive support for medical or cognitive needs.
• Your loved one is not yet ready for full community integration and solo living, but would enjoy strengthening their interpersonal skills and building bridges between themselves and their peers. 

Residential Habilitation

Why would I choose Residential Habilitation?

Our Residential Habilitation program is designed for individuals who desire or are already familiar with independent living in some capacity, but who may also need additional support for their specific needs. Residents experience apartment-style living and receive professional support in their areas of need, with a special focus on the tasks and challenges of day-to-day living.

You might choose Residential Habilitation if . . .

• Your loved one has experienced group home living and would like to build a bridge to a more independent living style, but needs some additional occupational and/or behavioral support.
• Your loved one is already comfortable with some level of solo residential living and would like to maintain their independence while receiving additional support.
• Your loved one would like to focus on working toward community integration and practice their skills in real-world applications, such as running errands or applying for jobs.
