WHO WE ARE


Since 2011, Northbridge has been dedicated to providing care, treatment and support to adults with physical disabilities, children with complex medical conditions, and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our services include residential habilitation, day habilitation, supported employment, assisted living, respite care, and more. Every service we provide is individualized to our clients’ specific needs by our staff of dedicated, compassionate professionals.


Our mission is to promote a meaningful life by individually meeting the physical, intellectual, and social needs of each person we serve.

As caregivers, our focus is ensuring that all our clients experience meaning and fulfillment through support and positive interactions with our staff and the community.

Our commitment to you is the peace of mind that comes with knowing your loved one is being cared for by a well-trained and friendly staff. At Northbridge, all of our caregivers are skilled in handling a wide variety of medical and social situations involving our clients with promptness, agility and compassion. Our employees receive a depth and breadth of classroom and in-field training before entering our residential and group settings to ensure their preparedness and aptitude for daily caring tasks.

Renae Thode

Executive Director

Renae has been with Northbridge since June 2014. She began as a DSP and quickly moved her way into management. She has worked in different management roles throughout the years and became the Executive Director in January of 2018.


Renae spends her free time making memories with her children and dogs. She also enjoys making people laugh, baking, shopping for new perfume and trying new foods.

Tina Gow

Tina has been a part of the Northbridge team since June of 2021. She came on board as the agency auditor with a skill set that included an extraordinary attention to detail and sense of organization. Her practice of flexibility and adaptability allows her to think outside of the box and she now brings those qualities and skills into the Office Management position.


In her off time enjoys spending time with her family, playing games, enjoying food and going on adventures with them. She also has an interest in meteorology and photography.

Zachary Gow

Zach started as a DSP with Northbridge in 2013 and after taking a break to pursue other life adventures, he returned to Alaska and Northbridge in 2019. Zach is an accomplished Eagle Scout and it shows through his selfless personality and willingness to help anyone in need.


In his off time he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and having thought provoking discussions that sometimes includes the topics of astronomy, philosophy and science. He also enjoys listening to music and playing video games.

Sally Evans

Sally came to Northbridge in August of 2017, as a DSP. In December of 2018, she accepted a management position over our largest home. She has a true passion for the work she does.


In her free time, she spends her time volunteering with her church youth group. Sally also enjoys going on new adventures with her husband and children, singing and playing her heart out on a piano.
